Hey there! Here are some quick tips on dressing floral.

1✿ Only choose one floral piece whether it be a dress, skirt, headband, ballet flats or bag.

2✿ Floral patterns should only revolve around these colours: pastel pink, kitten blue, lavender and a pale shade of green.

3✿ Balance out floral dresses/skirts/shirts by sticking to neutral coloured foorwear, aka nudes and browns only.

4✿ An ah-dorable brown leather, over-the-shoulder bag is a must, extra points if it’s the Alexa Chung style one.

5✿ If it’s cold wear a denim jacket to minus some of the girly-ness of floral patterns.

6✿ If you’re nawt confident in fully embracing this trend, try a floral patterned pair of ballerinas or tie a floral scarf around your head.

7✿ Try a touch of lace, pearl earrings, a French manicure and you’re done!

Wearing bright citrus colours from head to toe is a fashion don’t so try to balance it out by adding natural separates for a fresh, wearable look. If you’re not brave to fully embrace this ah-dorable Spring trend, that is A-okay. Simply add lemon/lime/yellow/orange accessories for a fresh pop of colour! Wood accessories will tone down bright hues and add a casual summer vibe to your outfit. For an evening outfit, glam it up with several touches of gold. Tres chic! Keep to clean silhouettes and please for the love of gawd, steer clear from lace!

BEAUTY – A scent from ah-bove!

New fragrances can be super tricky because while they might smell fabulous on a piece of card, some scents can complement your natural chemistry, while others will hardly smell on your skin. It’s also extremely personal. One girl’s scent can be another’s poison. If you want to purchase a scent for someone, the safest choice is to just buy them a fresh bottle. Or you can always ask the experts behind the counters at department stores where they can recommend you a new perfume witht the same base notes. Here are my tawp recommendations.

✿Classic: Chanel No.5: At first, Chanel No. 5 impresses us with the sense of ylnag – ylang. In these top notes are interlaces neroli and aldehydes as well. The core is mild and floral. It is build by the scent of rose and jasmine. The base is stable to preserve the tempting scent on the skin. There are combined the notes of sandalwood, vetiveria and vanilla. After its application, you will feel the gentle aroma that will embrace you and won’t let you go within next 15 – 20 hours.

✿Pretty: Princess by Vera Wang: Vera Wang’s Princess perfume is a little bit glamour, and a little bit edge, an extraordinary fragrance created by Vera Wang for the wild but put together woman. This sexy scent includes a mixture of notes of water lily, apple, mandarin meringue, and golden apricot skin; dark chocolate, amber, musk, and vanilla. A fun and youthful fresh gourmand floriental.

✿Fresh: Daisy by Marc Jacobs - Marc Jacobs aims to capture a fragrance of youthful sophistication with this eau de toilette. The top notes of strawberry, violet and ruby red grapefruit make a fresh impact. A base of musk, vanilla and white woods balance out tones of gardenia and jasmine.
